Abstract

The investigation approaches the topic of the pedagogic labor formation of the professionals in formation of pedagogic careers, from the context of the investigative labor practice. The objective is the elaboration of a pedagogic strategy, sustained in a model of dynamics of the professional's pedagogic labor formation in formation that reveals the lattice of dialectical relationships that one manifests between the dimensions integration generalized and integration systematized, through the integral focus of development of the investigative labor practice. It contributes a logical epistemológica for the dynamics of the pedagogic labor formation that allows to reveal new qualities and regularities on the base of the relationship between the logic of the profession and the logic of the professional's performance, starting from the execution of the projects formative professionals, designed from the Integrative Main Discipline of the career. The partial application of the pedagogic strategy, through a pedagogic experiment, allowed to evidence the integration of the academic, labor and investigative components and the preparation of the professionals as a result in formation to face the solution and valuation of the related problems in order to the profession.
