This article is based on the teaching and care experience, which allowed us to observe deficiencies in the assimilation of the pharmacological content in students of the Medicine career, in the subject Clinical Pharmacology, which generates a decrease in their academic results. For this reason, several exercises were designed to increase knowledge and skills. Firstly, the different theoretical references are systematized, where the main theories are assessed and the initial state of the pharmacological content is characterized as part of the teaching-learning process of Clinical Pharmacology. Subsequently, the exercise guides are described to favor the assimilation of the pharmacological content and the results obtained from the application of the referred guides are made explicit.
